New office provides closer proximity to Navy customers
Virginia Beach, VA – January 08, 2010
– The GBS Group proudly announces its expansion and opening of new offices in Philadelphia, PA. GBS’ Philadelphia office is located on the grounds of the old Philadelphia Navy Yard, which now serves as a corporate center for the U.S. Navy and other Government clients. This Philadelphia/Navy Yard office is housed in a brand new LEED-certified environmentally friendly office building. It affords easy access to key GBS customers at the U.S. Navy and Amtrak, as well as being a short distance from Philadelphia International Airport.
Bruce Green, Chief Operating Officer and VP for the Defense Services Division of The GBS Group, said, “The Philadelphia office is primarily focused on serving the Naval Surface Warfare Center, and serves as a technical hub for GBS people working best practices across industries, including transportation and energy.”
