competitive benefits package that includes:
MEDICAL
The GBS Group offers medical coverage available to
the employee and their dependents, and for 70% of the premium
for health care insurance. All Employees may choose to
be covered by the provider’s HMO or the PPO plans.
DENTAL
The GBS Group offers dental coverage available to the employee and
their dependents, with access to the country’s most extensive network of
dentists, including over 75% of all licensed dentists nationally. Currently dental
care insurance includes 100% coverage for preventive care (checkups, cleanings)
with additional dental services covered at 80% for routine care (simple extractions,
sealants), and 50% coverage for major work (complex surgery, endodontic services)
after a per person deductable is met. The GBS Group pays for 70% of the
premium for dental insurance.
VISION
Vision coverage is available to the employee and their
dependents and includes eye exams and lenses (or contact lenses)
every 12 months and frames every 12 months. The GBS Group
pays 70% of the vision care premium.
LIFE INSURANCE
Full-time employees are eligible for Life and Accidental Death
and Dismemberment Insurance and Long Term Disability Insurance. The
premium for this benefit is
paid in full by The GBS Group.
401(k) RETIREMENT SAVINGS
ACCOUNT
Each new full-time employee is eligible to begin
making contributions to The GBS Group 401K plan 30 days
following the first of the month after their start date. The
GBS Group offers a matching contribution equal to $0.50 for
every $1.00 contributed by the employee up to a maximum of
$3,000 per year. This matching contribution percentage
may be modified on a yearly basis. The matching contribution
vests 25% each year an employee is employed with us.
PAID VACATION & HOLIDAY TIME
Full-time employees enjoy a generous time-off program that
includes six paid holidays and 120 hours of personal leave
annually.
